Heavy dust from the remnants of the storm Daniel will flow towards several countries

Arab Climate Center

Engineer Ahmed Alarbeed from the Arab Climate Center stated that NASA’s model for monitoring dust waves indicates the flow of significant amounts of dust resulting from the Mediterranean storm Daniel towards Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, parts of Syria, Lebanon, and northern Saudi Arabia in the coming hours. This is expected to significantly reduce horizontal visibility.

He further explained that dust waves are expected to persist in the atmosphere until tomorrow, Wednesday, before subsiding with the entry of a moderate temperature air mass through the eastern Mediterranean, urging caution and vigilance.
